Shipping And Delivery Policy

Our standard shipping time is 6-8 working days which doesn't include Sundays and Public holidays.

We use all the reputed courier companies like: Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Anjani courier, India Post etc. and your packets will be sent through any of the aforementioned couriers depending upon the availability and timely delivery.

In the any case of damage in Fancy shape mirrors specially we are not responsible for any type of damage. We are using our best quality materials for packaging and also we have a best currior partners like DTDC. That damages is totally from the shipping company.

We would like to inform you that our shipping services are available in India. For India Shipping charges are ₹150 for any order. However, if the order total is more than ₹2,499, shipping will be free in India only.

We are shipping products worldwide with tailored shipping rates per kg to various destinations, including Canada (900 INR), Portugal (850 INR), USA (850 INR), Mexico (900 INR), Bangladesh (500 INR), and Brazil (1100 INR).

For international shipping, it typically takes 10 to 15 days to deliver the product once the order is placed, though delivery times may vary depending on your location.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances of the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customers , or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Once we handover the packages to the courier partner it is out of our control and we cannot help you. If your packet has been delivered and you can't find it OR your packet is delayed please call the said courier company whichever is carrying your order and they can help you track it down.

If your order is returned back to us due to incorrect address or non availability of the customer, the packet will be resent only if you pay shipping charges again, OR if you wish for a refund in that case shipping charges will be deducted ( if we are the bearer or you are).
