Exchange And Cancellation

Important Note:

There is no color shade guarantee for our silver and golden mirrors. Especially in golden mirrors, the shade may fade or lighten over time. This is a normal process that occurs naturally, so we do not offer returns or exchanges for color shade changes. Please keep this in mind while placing your order.

In case of damaged products received?

We take almost care while packing our products to ensure they reach you safely. However, since these are glass mirrors, there is always a small chance of breakage during transit due to courier handling.

If you receive a damaged product, please provide a continuous unboxing video (no cuts or pauses) within 3 days of delivery.
If the product is found to have major damage, we will issue a refund or send a replacement, as deemed appropriate after reviewing the video evidence.

In case of returns?

We offer a 15-day window for returns or exchanges from the date of purchase. Please note that all return or exchange shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. MDF boards are not retaurnable, and any type of customize mdf boards are not retaurnable. Ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. In case of refunds?

In case of any refund due to unavoidable circumstances and if the packet has been sent out shipping charges(if we are the bearer of charges or you are) will not be refunded back, only the order amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
