In case of damaged products received?

We take utmost care in packing our products, but still due to the negligence of the courier partners some products may get damaged in transit. Don't worry, please provide an opening video without any pause within 3 days of receiving the products and we will send you the replacement if we deemed it fit.

 

In case of returns?

We offer a 15-day window for returns or exchanges from the date of purchase. Please note that all return or exchange shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. Ensure items are in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a return or exchange. For more details, please contact our customer service team.

 

In case of refunds?

In case of any refund due to unavoidable circumstances and if the packet has been sent out shipping charges(if we are the bearer of charges or you are) will not be refunded back, only the order amount will be refunded within 5-7 working days.
